The ideal exercise program for improving body composition and health includes both cardio and strength training. Cardio helps you burn fat, burn calories, improves your BMI, and control blood pressure. It helps reduce your risk of heart attack, high cholesterol, diabetes, and some forms of cancer. At least 20 minutes of cardio a day is recommended.

"Dropped in for the 5:30 PM class. Very friendly people, coach was helpful during mobility portion as I wasn't familiar with some of their terminology. WOD was fun and challenging. I enjoyed the setup of class. They do a short warmup, mobility, longer warm-up with movement specific options and the WOD. Definitely looking forward to a return trip. Thanks for the hospitality!!"
